I love this place. The owner is very helpful and nice, same with the employees. Its very helpful to have people to ask about the variety of products without being embarrassed. I like how the shop is set up and believe the new location is a better fit. Maybe just a touch more merchandise in the back room. Other than that the website is easy to maneuver and full of merchandise. I enjoy every shopping trip.

Fallen Angel always has the perfect accessories for any special occasion.  Anytime I am searching for the perfect item Fallen Angel is usually a good place to start my search!  Thank you.

Ever since the new move their stock has reduced dramatically to fit the space, several oils I use to purchase as well as other specialty items that were standard are no longer sold. they can order what your looking for and have a fast turn around on orders.

As someone who has 5 years of experience working in these type of stores, I can only give 3 stars. The staff hardly acknowledged my husband and I when we walked in, it wasn't very clean and had limited products. Staff were not very knowledgeable on the products I asked about. Very generic lingerie selection.

The staff made me feel comfortable while still being able to explain the use of some items I was not aware of.  It's a small shop, but has plenty of exciting toys and great romantic gifts.
