I had the best salad of my life there. They had a yak salad on special which consisted of a perfectly cooked yak tenderloin atop of crisp and fresh salad greens. I don't remember what the sauce was (something with roasted peppers?) but my oh my it was wonderful. It's been over a month since I had that salad and I still think about it deeply.

Ok... I rarely say anything about restaurants, but this place was SO good! I ordered the smothered burger and had cheesecake for dessert. I do not know if I have ever had a burger that delicious. If you get the chance to eat here, I cannot recommend it any higher. You're welcome!

SUCH a gem! Possibly the best food you will get between Four Corners and central CO. Sources local. The tapas are fantastic and so are the burgers! They also have baked goods, cocktails, and coffee... what more could you need! Thank you for the best post-grand Canyon hike meal ever.

Definitely a hidden gem in Cortez! The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious, and the service was top notch from all of the staff that we saw. Highly recommend!

This is the BEST we had on our vacation . And BEST we have from Dining out in our home area of Boulder Co . 5 STARS & more if possible . From the Farm to the table Bistro !
