Great work out for middle aged folks interested in being healthy. A solid push on the bike and in the gym but nothing that injures. From just starting out again all the way through being in fantastic shape, this is the place to do it. It's the only place I know of that you pay as you go. No contracts, No fixed fees. Great Place.

Overall, I give this facility the highest rating for fitness know-how and a supportive environment. Name your goals and Wes or Rob or the other trainers will get you there. You can drop in for classes, and for years a bunch of us will show up Tues and Wed nights at 8 to have a great circuit training workout. The other guys are a great group of dudes sharing very similar goals. But, don't get the wrong impression, there are also male/female classes. Lastly, for anyone doing the group workout for men on Thursday night, there's a real treat afterwards in the form of liquid nutrition! Whatever it takes to stay moving.

I have been taking spinning classes at The Fitness Continuum for several years. The bikes are by far the best I have tried and I am aware of no other gym that has the particular brand. The leaders are all excellent and very sensitive to the needs of the clients. I give the highest rating.
