After finding many individuals I've dealt with in the Florida "justice" system acting inappropriately and/or committing criminal offenses themselves, I hope Judge Lester is not aware, yet. But as the judge broke the Constitution himself, there're few I've dealt with directly in the judicial system with any character. Corruption is the new norm. Then here's the fraudulent attorney (Bryan Hugo) and the Florida Bar ignoring overwhelming evidence of misconduct and outright fraud, only to declare the fraudulent attorney innocent. The Bar representative(s) and resulting documentation, along with the original complaint and additional evidence, will be made available to authorities. And if taking my money and my reputation were not enough for the attorney and court, the prosecutor in my case, Van Phillips, lured (or was lured by) his only witness (my wife at the time) for an inappropriate, very unprofessional relationship and later a perjury testimony. While trying to reconcile, she stated he eventually threatened to lock her in jail if she tried to resist testifying against me. Those were her words, and she was his only witness (he had no facts, nothing else, DCF performed the only investigation). Anyway, according to the account she shared with me when trying to reconcile, she was afraid of him, as he used high-pressure tactics to manipulate her. My lying attorney commentated every single time we were in court of his obvious inappropriate relationship with her, which matched her confession, given he was threating worse charges if I didn't pay her bills (i.e. extortion), as well as his obvious efforts to distance himself later and turn to an "advocate" when things didn't work out. Fact is, if I'm a criminal, so is Van Phillips. He ruined a marriage, condemned me for responding to a 6-year-old girl crying out for help, extorted money for (?), and did all of it and more using his position with the State. Hope whatever pleasure he got from my wife was worth it, because he has an angry God who hates divorce and will judge those who cause it harshly. Again, if I'm a criminal, Van Phillips is most definitely one too. I tried to convey this to the State Attorney General, Pam Bondi, MANY times, but she indicated it was/is inappropriate on my part to point out alleged judicial corruption, even within the State Attorney's Office. She now ignores me when I share (by IP website transmit recorder) how the State probation officer lied under oath during my trial (Robert Wilson) and the judge who screamed that I was "a liar" in court and illegally incarcerated me before watching tapes of his own orders to realize all the documented actions I did proved I obeyed his every order, and yet he called me "a liar," illegally locked me up, and truly jeopardized my livelihood and overall wellbeing with 2 & 1/2 years of subsequent counselling (Judge Kenneth Lester*). Additionally, a female Detective at the Seminole County jail during my first arrest* is a witness, who commented about all the bruising on my neck and arms, and that I had no marks on my hands, indicating I had attacked no one. Dr. Krupitsky, noted physician in Orlando, was and is ready to testify to my injuries as well. Van Phillips had no proof. Not even a bruise around a neck I allegedly tried to strangle. That's reality. I was beat-up by her, then set-up by him. And that's what the building case will show. Might even show why Van Phillips raised the charges to a felony without evidence ever presented in open court; originally a misdemeanor (not even sure how that happened), a decision of Van Phillips's that made Bryan Hugo $5,000 more. Any financial connection between them will be revealed. Trying to follow the Florida State guidelines through the proper complaint processes, documented, proved that the judicial representatives in the State of Florida are completely insulated. After initially requested to attempt to resolve this on my own (to test if it were possible); this information, in greater detail, along with supporting evidence, remains for others to review.
