After suffering the tragic and sudden unexpected loss of my son due to the result of negligence by another, I went on a mission to find an attorney that was just as determined as I was to reveal the truth and seek justice at any cost. I met with several attorneys over the course of 6 months. I was told many things; good and bad.  I had some attorneys staff try to pressure me into giving them my case, others told me everything that I would come up against and that I wouldn't stand a chance. Of all the attorneys and staff members I interviewed for my case, John Gilbert and his team stood out to me. Having been a litigation Paralegal for the last 12 years, I knew exactly what to look for in a good firm and a good attorney; John and his firm possessed the exact honesty, drive, and genuine desire to seek the truth of what occurred in my case that ultimately lead to the death of my son. Over the course of several months we discussed the facts of my case, detail after detail, over and over without exhaustion. John and his team gathered records and scoured them to identify the tiniest details and nuances to bring forth in scrutinizing depositions. John represented my case just as boldly and diligently as I would have if I was able. He and his team exceeded my expectations, lacking no detail, ultimately bringing my case to a successful end.  As tough as the facts of my case were, John and his staff were continuously cordial, sympathetic, and in fact were so invested they grieved my loss with me.

Don't let the media that is saturated with commercials bias you for what you might think a good attorney is.  A good attorney will walk the walk with you, cry with you, and guide you with endless endurance to the end.

I was recently in need of legal advice and action. Jon T. Gilbert at Colling Gilbert Wright & Carter law firm was there to help. I tried multiple other attorneys, and if they responded to email or call it was several days later with an excuse for their delays. This was not the case with Mr. Gilbert, he or his assistant responded within minutes to texts, emails and calls even though it sounds like he is super busy. He obviously cares about his clients. Long story short he resolved a 2-year ordeal within a month (other lawyers were saying it could take 3-4 months). I appreciate his hard work and the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Colling Gilbert Wright & Carter. I would highly recommend this law firm.

A great firm with one of the best reputations in town. Always responsive when needed for advice. Attorney Jon Gilbert , specifically gave me the guidance I needed to make prudent decisions regarding my potential lawsuit. Highly recommended!

Mr. Garry Rhoden and his team are simply amazing! He worked diligently for our Mother's nursing fall case when nobody else would talk with us.   He fought for Mom and in the end, even though Mom has passed away, we know that she would be very happy with the outcome. Thank you Mr. Rhoden and team!!
