At the initial meeting with the attorney following a MVA, he told us that he wouldn't contact us on a regular basis.  He said that he waits until all the medical is completely finished to begin gathering information on the case and then he isn't doing redundant work.  Sounded efficient at the time.  But the truth is that he doesn't return phone calls.  His assistant doesn't return phone calls timely, if at all.  No one answers email.  I have questions and I have been given the run around for over a year.  My mom has fired them for her case and is trying to hire another lawyer, but BMM won't give the new lawyer the case file.  They just won't respond to requests at all.  Very poor customer service.  I don't know if I will stay with them or not.  My case is small so it doesn't seem worth the hassle to move it, but if it is never resolved then I've wasted my time altogether.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to John Watson after my auto accident. Throughout the entire process - from physician visits, to the day of surgery, post op, and final closing of the case both John and his assistant, Maria, kept me informed and were always available to answer my questions. I cannot thank them enough for all the help, guidance, and genuine interest in my well-being they were. I would highly recommend contacting John Watson should you need an attorney.
