I ordered Valentines Day flowers for my girlfriend and had a very poor experience. I purchased flowers a week in advance online. When the flowers never showed up, I called to check the status, I was told the flowers aren't guaranteed to be delivered until 6pm even though it's a business address and there is nothing about delivery times on the website. Apparently, I was a fool for thinking they would be delivered at a reasonable time during business hours. The response I got was, " well, sorry, we are busy and you just have to wait." When my girlfriend left work at 5pm, I called to cancel the order. The flowers showed up the next day at 2pm even though I cancelled. It also didn't include the the additional items in the order, balloon, chocolates, etc. Still chasing down my refund....

Cindy has helped me out a couple times and she is just great! If you order from the flower box, expect the best floral designs for the best price. I recommend letting her designers make something custom rather than ordering from the website designs. They just look so much better.

The flowers for our bridal party were AMAZING!!! I will work with this company anytime, and plan to use them when my other son gets married..... many years from now. Thank you for such a great job.

Ordered a birthday flower package for my wife, asked for a flower package, a small bear, and the card to read "Happy birthday beautiful girl love Stetson" My wife received the flowers, no bear, and the card said "Honey, Stetson" Very dissatisfied and will never use them or recommend them to anyone!

The Flower Box has been my family's go to florist for years after they were customers of my father. They were my first choice for my wedding florals, bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, and holy COW! I was in tears when I pulled my bouquet out of the delivery box. They truly outdid themselves. My mother-in-law gave them some rough ideas and inspiration and they ran with it. The florals were gorgeous and absolutely perfect for our garden wedding. THANK YOU!!
