I wasn't home when they delivered my flowers (surprise gift from my husband and children) and they left a note for me to pick them up the next day since they were closed already (5pm - the order came in late) and the weather was too hot to leave them out in my porch. But early the next morning, they delivered it again! What a great and beautiful morning surprise! The flowers are just gorgeous and they smell wonderful! Thank you THE FLOWER SHOP for helping make the surprise extra special!!!

NEVER again! Kroger makes prettier arrangements than these people. Called The Flower Shop and the phone was answered by a woman with the disposition and compassion of a rattlesnake.  I emailed her a photo of the EXACT funeral spray I wanted. She said no problem, I can make one just like that.  I was charged $179.00.  When I arrived at the funeral home and saw the sloppy, sparsely arranged flowers, I wanted to crawl in a hole and die!  I was so embarrassed. Looked absolutey NOTHING like the photo...NOTHING!  The deceased was my best friend in all the world.  My beloved cousin, dead at 59 years old.  I have always used The Flower Shop and have been pleased with their arrangements.  But THIS one, the one that counted the most, was completely unacceptable and literally a piece of crap!  If I could give this business no stars, I would.  Save your money, go anywhere but this place. Got late notice of a funeral service the night before Valentine's day.  Called them at 5:30 pm and they had a beautiful arrangement to the services at 10:00 am the next day.  Excellent service at their busiest time of the year.  They are magic.

Great service! Called to order flowers for a funeral, and it was delivered quickly and the work was great.  The spray was beautiful and by far exceeded my expectations!
