I was a loyal customer of this location until the Assistant Manager Regina gave me a bad experience to share. I went with my aunt to get the meat deal on Tuesday night, however I needed a lot of meat and she only needed two packages, there was only one employee. We saw an advertisement on the meat window saying the meat deal would be all week, so I told the employee that I will come back tomorrow morning since they had the deal all week since I was trying to make it an easy night for him and it was about 15 min till closing. Mind you, they had enough meat and we had time. The employee failed to inform me that the next day the sale was over. I came in the store the following morning to get my meats and Regina completely missed MY point and was on a mission to prove her point that the sale ended and even pulled up the advertisement they had in the front that said the end of the sale in small print on the bottom. I only saw the advertisement on the meat window that does not have the sale date. I was looking for customer service - she gave me attitude and was trying to turn the situation into a debate. I knew that adjusting the price this one time was not a big deal since the fresh market offers rainchecks if they run out of meat. So since Regina was not trying to help, I ask another employee for the store manager. When she heard that Regina gave me the death look and continued to try to prove her point that the sale ended and I was basically SOL. I just responded telling her she's missing my point and I would wait for the manager. So as predicted she ran back to tell the manager the situation and came back telling me that the manager was not available but they will adjust the price this one time. That was ALL I was looking for, now I know when the deals run. However, if Regina was CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED and showed empathy then educated me following a solution to my problem, and actually wanted to help this review and sour taste of this location would have been avoided. I truly don't know how some people in the customer service businesses gets promoted being so rude to customers. To conclude, when she checked me out she threw my bags on the counter. I felt like she wasn't happy that the price adjustment was approved - which is sicking and makes me wonder why are you woking in a retail store then if your mission is not to provide good service! Because honestly approving the price adjustment was the RIGHT thing to do.

Love the meat always fresh and to quality. I also am crazy over all of their baked good/desserts and breads . Every holiday I make the trip to fresh market to pick up something delicious!

I have purchased everything from produce, to candy, to prepared foods here. But the main reason I come here is for their flowers. They always have the freshest flowers in the area. And Sue (in the floral dept) always does a great job at wrapping them beautifully!
