A friend of mine told me how fraudulent these guys are but my stupid self still went there anyway.. My mean reason for going there was they I like 20 feet away from my house, I guess my laziness have finally caught up with me.. I had a power steering leak, so I took my car there to have it fix, they did all their diagnosie and my total cost came to $425.. They kept my car for overnight and then call me the next day that my car was fixed and ready. 4days later I started experiencing the same problem so I took it back immediately.. They put power steering fluid in it and it want back to normal and told me to bring it back the next day cause they were too busy, which I did, few hours later I got a call from them tell me that I have another leak and this time it will cost me $650.. The first time I believe all they did was put fluid in it and took my $425.. This business is a scam!!! Please if you love your car and money, don’t go there, the few good comments they get on here are either from relatives or close friends.. This is the second shop that have scammed me, from now on I’m will go straight to the dealership and pay more which is like paying less in the long run..

They only replace what is truly needing replaced but if you know about vehicles one knows that when they replace that one item; they should have replaced more as only did recommended partial banking on you needing to come back for the complete recommended replacement. Thus, keeping you coming bacj time and again so they keep you coming back. Never all said and done. If done properly the 1st time you’d only have one labor charge. The way they repair vehicles gets them mors labor charges overtime. So yes, they save you $$$ money now but in the long run will coat you more over the life of your vehicle. Do your research, make them show you broken parts on your car before approving any work. In the ling term they are taking advantage of you.

They say they warranty their parts but they do not stand behind their work. They worked on my car in April of this year. Said they have a 2 year warranty. When the same part went out in July they said they would have to have Ford come get the part and then they would see of they would warranty the part. My husband called there 5 separate times. The last time he said to them so I am screwed and the person said yes. Real professional! My husband even called Ford and they said they would warranty the part. He went to The Garage and told them that and they said we will take care of it. Well it has been 5 months and still nothing! Cost us $1300 all together. Expensive lesson to learn not to go to The Garage ever again!! Even contacted the BBB and they are going to look into my complaint.

Time and again the team at The Garage has been an incredible help to my wife and me. We have had just about everything imaginable fixed with our two clunkers and they are always great about explaining what's going on with our cars. They are friendly and do everything in their power to work with your schedule. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Good Afternoon, I am writing this review as the result of several years of receiving what we consider "world class" service from Wade and the fine technicians at The Garage. As a person who has owned cars for over 50 years and has used multiple service areas at both car dealerships and independent service providers, we have found the technical and customer service of The Garage second to none. And, the pricing of services is always fair and completely explained. Also, the one time we had an issue with the result of service (it was a defective part) we found Wade more than willing to listen...and, to make it right with us. He is extremely approachable...and, we trust him and the rest of the technicians. Keep well, Dennis
