Very rude staff. My fiance was looking to purchase a Segway for himself and a new bike for me. The store was open with the electric "Open" sign lit up and the dangling sign in the window said "Open". I believe the it was the manager we spoke to. We asked about some of the products and he flippantly said, "the prices start at $1200 and go up to $7000.. There are used ones next door, but we're closed now." It's 1pm on a Thursday and their hours are 11am-6pm. He was very belittling and condescending. Little did he know we have $6300 to burn.. .Thanks for your help, sir. Bless your heart .😘

I had a terrible time with this place. Staff was very rude. I took an electric hub motor here to get spoked to a new rim and one month later they still had done nothing and told me to keep giving them more time.kept giving me one excuse after another why it was going to take a long time to get done! Took the new rim and hub motor home and spoked it my self in about an hour! Not a very friendly place to go!

I thoroughly enjoyed the Segway tour of the waterfront park.  This was my first time on a Segway.  They do a good job teaching newbies.  It took about 5-10 minutes and I felt like a pro.  Great guide!  I liked it so much I might just take another tour tomorrow.

Favorite bike mechanics! They take good care of bikes, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
