It's a nice store, unless you have a return! I received a pair of Carhartt pants as a gift. They were bought at F & S, but they were the wrong size. Their computer was down the day I tried to exchange them. I'll give them that, but a simple even exchange could've been done & entered when their computers came back online. Just good customer service! A guy in front of me was also trying to do an even exchange on a backpack that was missing a part. Should've been simple, but it wasn't done either. Poor guy should've just walked out with the new one, instead of waiting in line only to be told no. He came in with a backpack, & could've left with the exact same bag, with all of the parts. Great products at F & S, poor costumer service!! I won't go spend my money at this place again! When you pay the high prices they want to charge, customer service is everything!! I drove to the Carhartt store when I left here, simple exchange, and got a different, better pair of pants.

Bass Pro without the extras. They have a wide range of equipment for hunting, fishing, shooting and camping, including some high end items. Prices are not great - but you can occasionally get items on sale. Owned by the same folks that own Dick's.

Great place to shop for all fishing and hunting needs. My 2 year old son enjoyed seeing all the mounted fish and deer on the walls. Cant wait to go back.

The staff were very helpful, but I found the store layout a bit confusing. I came to the store to buy some work boots, but they did not have much selection on display. The staff were quick to help me though, and they found some boots on clearance for me to try.
