I’ve had three procedures done here by Dr. Giannotto. The process isn’t always 100% successful every time, which was explained at the beginning. People are different, and people have different reactions to the surgery. I was happy with the grafting done during the first procedure but it was limited in coverage because you don’t want to overdo it. I went in for another procedure a couple of years later, and finally went in two years ago for my third and final one. 

I am very happy with my results. Dr. G is great about explaining the entire process, including any potential risks. No surgical procedure is risk-free, and results vary from patient to patient. This is normal and is outlined before you spend a penny. If you go in thinking you’ll have perfect hair within six weeks of the procedure, you’re fooling yourself. Consider this...how long did it take you to lose your hair? In most cases, it happened over a period of years, right? Why would you think you’d get a full head of hair immediately after one procedure?

Go in with realistic expectations and you won’t be disappointed. I trusted Dr. G and have been very pleased with how things turned out. Highly recommended!

I recently had a hair procedure completed at the Giannotto Clinic and I have to say that the staff was top notch. From beginning to end the staff answered all my questions and listened to my silly jokes during the procedure. They are professional foremost but they have great people skills which so many clinics lack. I have been to the Giannotto clinic twice and I highly recommend this clinic for its numerous services and great staff.

I went to see Dr G after I had a small surgery whereby the scar did not heal well. I wanted to get that fixed and so I thought I would get another few grafts placed while Im at it. The scar was not made much better after being told with extreme confidence it would be. In addition, the surgery did nothing. Like literally nothing to improve my hair. On top of that, the chair was extremely uncomfortable to the point where it caused me so much pain I almost passed out. The staff had to get me a snack bar and lay be flat to prevent me from passing out. Before I had the chance to see the full effect of my results on top, I still was not happy with the scar. So I asked if there was anything we could do. Dr G sold me on the FUE procedure this time, and placing grafts in the scar. Its been over a year and this did not help either. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because Dr G is a nice guy and I liked his staff. the office was also real nice. However the results couldn't be worse. I spent over $10k all together and that makes me feel a sick. There were not as an bad reviews online when I first did my research and so otherwise I would have avoided it. I know one of the Good Reviews on here is a staff member at the location which says a lot.

I was a patient at new image in Harrisburg pa . In 1995 .This doctor would fly in and perform surgeries here.  Had 1000 grafts that never grew I was new to all this so believed all there hype. So I'm looking at some doctors and stumbled across this doctor with the bad reviews.  . So I wanted to get my 2 cents  in on the $5000 that i wasted on this guy 22 years ago....
 I was talked into financing on a medical credit card. High interest.  And no  doctor I never contacted you to make it right I was  totally embarrassed  about the linear scar and no hair .fact that I aloud this to happen took some time to get over .  New image hair clinic Harrisburg pa... Google it he worked there also . Stay clear of this doctor

Had bad scalp infection after surgery. No one called post op. Doctor never came in room when I went for post op. Also, did a bait and switch, and tried to charge more than they initially quoted. Overall, the worst!
