Great time watching favorite movies. Snacks were good and popcorn was outstanding. The staff was friendly and courteous, but professional. There's a smell in the theater seats that I can't figure out, but a little cleaning ought to take care of that. Great place, enjoyed going, would do it again.

People spend hard earned money to go and enjoy the movie experience.  Well, not at this theater.  People were on their phones during the movie and someone was actually recording the movie with their phone. No one did anything!!  I did speak up and ask people to get off their phones, but no the did not.  I even stated about someone recording the movie.  No, nothing happened. I have been in theaters that they do what they say on the the previews, THEY ESCORTED THEM OUT!!  Not here! If I could give a zero star I would.

Love the movies. Hate when you spend a bunch of money to go and some jerk wants to play on their cell phone throughout the movie. Reason for 4 stars is that sometimes, not all the time, but probably two out of three times I go (about 3 times a month) the concession stand workers have no hustle. A long line of customers but they talk and chat and work without purpose. Maybe I'm being too critical but that's the way I see it when I go. Just wish they had more urgency and consideration in trying to move the line.

Went to see a movie soon after its opening, I was pleased to see that they were playing the movie on enough screens to show it every half hour. It wasn't crowded and we were able to find great seats. It's also good to be able to catch a matinee as early as 11 in the morning.

We showed up an hour early so the girls we brought could play in the game room while we waited the ticket guy was more than rude and would not let us in even though we've paid $100 to be here. This place is dumb as f***. Called to file a complaint and the person answering says you have to call some one else, so you just the run around. Not to mention anytime we come here there's always people on there phone or running there mouths during the movie. We only cam because our 11 year old wanted to watch a movie with her friends for her birthday. Great job grand theatre, appreciate doing business with you. A word of advice just get Amazon prime.
