Great space...very friendly and welcoming atmosphere

The Gymnasium is a workout facility with an amazing group of supportive staff, instructors, and trainers.  In addition to staff being supportive, members are encouraging and supportive to each other.  The gymnasium has a wide variety of cardio equipment, weights, and classes.  When not in use for a class, the main fitness studio is available for members to use as an open space to train.  Some of my favorite pieces of equipment are the surf boards, boxes for box jumps, steps, kettlebells, battle ropes, and medicine balls. The Gymnasium is the only fitness center in the area to provide SurfSet. Surf challenges the athlete to constantly engage the core muscles in order to maintain balance and stability. The boards can be used at any fitness level just by modifying the exercise. I highly recomend The Gymnasium and encourage anyone at any fitness level to check it out.

Awesome gym! The staff is great and the place is clean. Gymnaisum has all of the machines/weights/classes anyone could need.
