Not a very good experience. I am used to a clean interior when an interior car wash is paid for. I didn't require an outside wash, I specifically asked for an inside wash only. They charged $15 ( cost of basic plan), I assumed that they would do a good job since they were only doing interior for price of inside/out, I was wrong. They literally spent 4 minutes on the interior. All they did was vacuum, clean the windows and dash (not even well done as you could see dirt on dash). They didn't touch the door panels as it was later explained to me that it was considered 'detailing'. Its winter, panels get dirty from boots, spash, etc. Seats were not even wiped. They didn't clean the floor mats either, or the back of the seats. After I brought up these issues with management, I was told those things were not part of anty package (I had a specific request for inside cleaning, not a package). The on-site manager did offer to correct it after I explained the issues. I declined as he told me it was not part of what they do outside of detailing. It shouldn't be that difficult to get good service, I shouldn't have to argue with management to get basic service.

Danny and Steven are the best! We are monthly members, so we visit a lot. Danny is never in a bad mood and Steven is always there with a smile.

Liked their service and you can walk through the building to see how your car get washed and have a coffee or tea in the meanwhile your car get taken care of for free.
