Got home and was angry to see results. Automated dryer didn't come on until car was 1/2 way through it. Then the guys hand drying had to be asked to get some spots that I could see from inside car they had missed. Once home I found my car had apparently been wiped down with saltwater soaked towels. It's damn near embarrassing to drive my car looking like it is. I called and informed them. "Bring it back" they say. First I'm a monthly member so what will that resolve. Second, like I have nothing better to do but drive back, burn gas, wait, then run my car through to get same result. What's the definition of insanity?

I'm writing this review because my experience today is not typical of Tyne service I usually get.  Normally the platinum membership I hold insured me off friendly detail oriented service and a clean car in and out.  However today my visit on 12/11/17 At 4:10pm started with an incredibly rude women up front. Not usual for this location.  I approached The check in kiosk in The monthly membership lane and nothing happened. I say there for a couple of seconds before asking if The computer was down. The rude women told me that she didn't know.  I pulled into the other lane and waited.  As i approached the rude women she asked if i wanted a car wash.  I told her that we were just speaking.  Her response "I thought you left" i asked her why would i leave she said " How would i know" Then she told me my window sticker was improperly  placed.  This sticker has been working since it was installed.  She then told me that she actually had no idea what was up. I guess that makes sense.  I got the wrong fragrance and my cargo area wasn't vacuumed.  Like i said not typical but still a bad experiance.

As a Lyft/Uber driver, a clean car is a must. The monthly membership provides an affordable cost for me to have my vehicle looking great at all times. I love the new equipment at Fredericktowne Auto Spa, and all the staff is pleasant and conscientious about their work.

New equipment makes this place one of the better carwash options in the area. Not inexpensive but value is still quite good.

O7/08 My first visit was with my sister (her vehicle). I only gave three stars, because when Iwent to seek customer assistance inside, there was literally no one to be found. It was during the peak time, however it appeared to be chaotic.  

My car was in dire need of a wash, especially inside the car. So i decided to give you all a try again for my own car. I AM SO GLAD I DID, WOW AMAZING JOB. I splurged and purchased the $35 package. Again my car was fifthly. I arrived at 510pm, which was a perfect time if the day, as it wasn't crazy busy. As I watched the employees clean the in and outside, I was very impressed. The inside of my windows were very dirty. So someone cleaned it as he would, then someone came behind him and did it again. I was thrilled as I knew it would need a couple of wipes to get it where it needed to be. So Happy that they did that without me having to ask. 
Needless to say you all deserve 5 stars. Thank you for all the hard work. Keep working to remember customer service.☺
