Charged me and kept the security deposit after they did a walk through before my actual appointment to do a walk-through. I was only there for 3 months, I didn't have enough time to make a mess. Shady business practices. Also there apartments don't have microwaves.

The maintenance staff is outstanding at the Hanover! I have only had one issue since I moved in, and they responded with a few minutes, fixed the problem and followed up later that evening to make sure everything was working properly. It is such a relief to know that if any problem arises you won't have to wait long for a resolution. All the staff members here are friendly and very easy to get in touch with either by visiting the office or by e-mail. Very close to the airport, and within walking distance of Angle Lake Park as well.

Don't move in here. There is always fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. There was a really bad fire that damaged many residents belongings. They will also over charge you and send the wrong amount to collections and require you to pay... they will make you go through too much when you want to move out!! just avoid this place or you will regret it!

I will not recommend this place. Over priced, but they wont help out if you need to. People in the office keep quitting. Soo unorganized, is probably the reason why no one wants to work there.

To the person who gave five stars and was here when the fire happened you are a fool! Since the fire happened we lost our tv COMPLETELY no access to ANYTHING, so for the past seven months we/I have been without ANY TV and Comcast has not made any kind of effort to find a way to restore it! Maintenance is beyond a joke. There is an Air B-n-B on the property and we frequently get people looking for it coming to the door at weird hours. So, think again before moving here as it is overpriced for what you DON'T get
