This apartment building is located in a bad area. These apartments are overpriced for their small size.

Loud neighbors in a house behind the building do construction projects with power tools all day and randomly scream at the top of their lungs even late at night.

The apartments are gated, but I had stuff stolen inside the gated community. 

If your keys get lost or stolen, you'll be helpless to get back into your apartment unless that occurs during their business hours. If your keys are stolen Saturday night, you'd have to wait Saturday night, Sunday night, and Monday night, for staff to return Tuesday to replace your key. 24 hour emergency maintenance won't help you with your key.

Internet is supposed to be offered in 3 lobbies, but it only worked in 2, and the Internet didn't work for as much time as it did.

Staff is amazing
Area isn't the best
Grocery store across the street
Easy drive to the airport

this apartment building sits on what used to be olympic crest nursing home..I worked there for many many years until it was shut down by the state in 1985. also that bus stop there is one of the main stops we would see the girls at..the ones ridgway was killing..and saw them disappear one by one not knowing a serial killer was loose. any way i wonder if there are any strange events or goings ons in any of the apartments being as they sit where a nursing home once did. amazing! It was a quaint place that started out as a hotel then they added 3 wings and it became a nursing home. It was soo old! but pretty cool too. it was 21424 but now i see that doesnt exist any longer. Hard to believe that the place i once worked and was such a huge part of my life is now...poof! gone!
