This is a sorry excuse of an insurance company. I'm not a member of theirs, but I was involved in an accident with someone who is. She was at fault, she called them the same day of the accident. A week later they still haven't taken a statement from her or myself, and I've called them 6+ times. This awful customer service is appalling.
