Great winery with a unique atmosphere.

I was here for the final stop of a Place tour and had a lot of fun. The wine tasting took place both outside and in the cellar. We started outside, walked part of the grounds and learned some of the history of the winery. From there we headed to the cellar to finish the tasting.

In addition to the great wines, the main building and grounds are both home to a fairly large art collection which you can view.

The drive up to Hess is beautiful, the grounds are very unique, the art gallery is one of a kind. If you have never made the drive it is worth while.

This place is amazing, the grounds, the artwork and the wine.  All supurb.

A really welcome and nice winery in Napa Valley. Known for its mount veeder Cabernet Sauvignon. But I personally prefer the Chardonnay!
