We lived at the Highlands at Morris Plains for the past 15-years in Building-2.  The residents are friendly and were always engaged to collaborate and engage in conversation. We have seen changes in the management and were always impressed with the seamless transition to the residents. The facilities like the business center and gym were clean and operational. I have recommend the Highlands at Morris Plains to my friends and family.

We enjoyed our time at the Highlands. The leasing staff was very friendly and always helpful. The maintenance staff was also friendly, very efficient and always fixed any issues in a timely manor. The 2 bedroom units are spacious with good size bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets.

The Highlands is a beautiful place to live, always kept very clean and the new addition of the fence really brings the whole community together! Valon and the maintenance team are amazing. They are always extremely attentive and friendly. I recently met the new community manager and she seems like she is going to be a great addition to the team. The Highlands is truly the best community in Morris Plains!

Amazing community I would highly reccomend to others. Prices are fair considering what you get for it. Val and Erin are awesome and are prompt in addressing any concerns

We have had some of our best US living experiences at Highlands; it is right-priced for the location and facilities it provided; given the access to NY, all to routes 202/287/80/24/10, being right behind ACME, just a couple of miles from happening Morristown, closer to Parsippany for flavor of Indian life/cuisine , bang opposite the elementary & middle school, walkable to train station - this was perfect location; 
the apartment is new, well-maintained units, clean upkeep always, neat facilities for families that like things taken care of professionally; no fancy stuff like swimming pool/tennis court and overcharging us... simple workout place, plenty of space to walk around, well-maintained patio-cum-park...
The Leasing office staff are very friendly; frankly, when we went house-hunting in another city (we are moving out to another state by the way), we realized we were benchmarking this apartment with many new apartments we were seeking - only to realize the value we have been getting from this property;
Val from Leasing office has been particularly friendly and highly efficient; few staff in leasing office about a year back, had messed up with lot of accounting; Val and his colleague had been very efficient and sorting things out, setting up everything right; this has been particularly helpful and supportive...
