Choose a different location if you are doing a site to store pickup. They only have one person and if there is a problem that they are one the phone. You will stand in line forever. They will not call someone to open a new register to help the line. You are stuck there until the cashier is done with the customer and the phone call.  Waited over 30min and waa told the cashier was the only one who could help me. Finally got frustrated and left.  I ended up cancelling my order just so I don't have to wait in the line again.

Antonio has to be one of The  best employees I have ever seen. We came to this Home Depot because we saw they got a shipment of plywood and with hurricane Irma approaching there was no where we could get shutters or plywood. This man Antonio helped everyone out and has great manners. He helped everyone load their vehicles and then put everything back. Even after I saw him speak to another employee that he had to go inside to help unload etc he noticed another customer needed help and stayed. I was outside until 11pm waits for someone to pick up the supplies we bought and during all this time I noticed how patient and nice this man was. I normally don't take time to write these but honestly we can't just leave reviews for bad things this man deserves praise. Everyone should work like him but sadly it's not this way.

I’ve been coming to this store for over 2 years. I haven’t had a single issue, and I am a jerk. Their self checkout system is very efficient. I am able to take on more DIY jobs because of their return policy, especially plumbing and electrical work.

I love this store. It's my home town store. 9.5 times out of ten they always have what I'm looking for. I go in get what I need, and I'm out. The staff is very friendly when I occasionally interact with them,but most of the time I have no need to. Because I know where everything is by now lol. I probably should get a part time job here just to help out lol.I would shop here over that store that starts with a L word any day of the week ...

Let me start with the good features about this Home Depot:

Their staff is super excellent. I mostly visit their plumbing, electrical, gardening, paint and appliance/electrical tools departments. I rate their staff very highly. On many occasions their staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. Some of their managers are so helpful and knowledgeable and are ready and willing at any time of the day to help you. I highly value the expert advise of their staff. I can't enumerate enough the number of times some of their key staff in plumbing, electrical and gardening have helped me.

What would I ever do without them?

Their computer system is glitchy and I have had issues returning items. They don't have a Home Depot app to track your purchases.
