I bought some products online for delivery, total around $4000. I waited for 2 weeks, then I received a call from this store a guy named Danny told me that they didn't have 2 of my items. I told him to send what he had that I was going to call CS to get the rest from a different store. As I was on the phone with a  rep. I was informed that my items were cancel by Danny. Now if I still want those items I have to pay full price, I had black Friday discounts on my original order. Lowe's CS I no help, they can't tell me why he cancel my items and I have was on hold to try to place a new order for more than an hour to make it. 
Really disappointed of them.

We have multiple rental units as well as our own home in contsant repair&replace mode, and I can always count on Lowe's for what I need, and the best rates. Great folks there, love um. Thanks

I am giving dept that handles the doors, (mill works) a 5 star .There is a young woman named Jeannie Madrid that was so helpful to me in picking out a door. She had such patience as I investigated the different doors over a period of a few months so I could be sure I was happy with the door I choose. 
There is also a man named Ray and Dave that were very helpful to picking, and making sure the door had the proper adjustments after being installed. They all work very hard to insure you are happy with your purchase and I am very satisfied at the way they have been taking care of my door purchase. Great team work !!!

Run from this place. Management could care less about your experience. I tried to use a valid store coupon. It was a new coupon and the manager on duty, Michelle, refused to use it because she hadn't heard about it yet. She even refused to scan it after asking multiple times for her to prove me wrong. I had to order the items online to do a store pickup 15 minutes away which was a huge inconvenience. She did not care at all that the coupon worked online (it was in store or online coupon).  As a manager, I'm surprised she literally could care less about my inconvenience at Lowe's. There is a Home Depot across the street. Go there instead and avoid a headache of poor customer service.

Always have problems finding items in the Lowe's stores. Employees are usually untrained and unwilling or unable to help... This time i was looking for specific painted white screws for attaching aluminum roofing and soffit... However the 3 guys hanging around the building supplies were no help... They were busy socializing and checking their smart phones... I had to find these screws on my own. Also never a manager in sight!
