Did an on line order and wanted to change delivery date. Because order number changed and I was not notified order could not be found. On line Dept person spent about 45 minutes to figure out. He resolved. This is what great customer service is! It is the northlake store. Wish I would have gotten his name. But he did say I love you to his employees. Great employee. Thank you

this is my second most frequented home depot. i come here when i need to buy spraypaint. due to local ordinance, stores in chicago are not allowed to sell it. huge hassle. anyways, luckily this one is not too far away. also, they cut and thread black pipe here for free. some locations charge you a fee for some reason. JUST PURE GREED!

Horrible customer service! today i went to return faulty equipment within the warranty time with proper receipts and would not return them even though I called the manufacturer of the product and was told by them to do so even gave me a corporate contact number for verification . The on site manager argued with me about the return and basically said to go to another location . Went to oak Brook location and they handled it with no problems whatsoever. Not to mention I'm a commercial account holder who does quite a bit of business and buys in quantity, not some do it yourselfer who buys a bag of material now and then we buy by the pallet . So from now on I'll head east down North Ave and go to Menards instead, or a different location they've lost my business

Called to ask about their credit card and any promotional offers they may have going on. The associate said they have none. So I asked again, if we were to buy $1,500 worth of items, they have no offers. She said we might get $25 off --if we qualify. That's a joke, right!? Online they clearly have 6 months zero interest when you spend $299. We were looking on spending more, but not anymore! Looks like we're headed to Lowes.

Good store. Employees were helpful. Some needed more training for their departments. Store was stocked pretty good. Clean aisles.
