Just left from this location about 30 minutes ago. I was attending a comic convention at Foxwoods when my prop broke. I went here to see what I could do to fix it. I'm not sure if they were supposed to but I got a tremendous amount of help fixing it from Joe and Will. They had a great can-do attitude and helped put my prop back together. They are friendly and willing to do whatever to help. Two great guys!

The store is great however the tool center/repair can not figure themselves out, owned a lawn mower for 1 month, it broke (manufacturing defect) brought it in to have a warranty repair, took 1 month for them to look at it, said it needed to be sent out, 2 months later I got it back with a bill for work I did not authorize. Disputed it but would only refund via gift card despite paying via debit.

I work in customer service, and I'll be the first to tell you the customer is NOT always right. That being said, your job is to help the customer regardless. Two ladies in the Lisbon store, Loretta and Donna J helped me out today with a customer service issue. I walked in upset about a faulty product that I've replaced twice now (no fault of either of these two ladies), and I was ready to argue with whomever to get my issue resolved. After just a few moments of talking, Loretta not only understood my frustration, she quickly helped resolve it. That is great customer service! Talking a hothead customer, right or wrong, and having them leave cool, calm, collected, and with their problem solved. Thank you, and I highly recommend this Home Depot. Side note, wandering around the store, I did notice it seemed cleaner than other Home Depot's I've been to.

customer service is top notch. baught a grill/smoker here had it for two year still in great shape no problems and going to do most of my outdoor shopping here
