I placed an online order on Home Depot's website for an item I needed to complete a time-sensitive project. After the item was not delivered I reached out only to discover it had never even shipped. I asked for the item to be expedited and the representative told me the following, "they will not be able to over night this item because they only offer ground shipping." Going to the website of the items manufacturer it was quite easy to find that they offer UPS Next Day Air shipping and that Home Depot simply did not want to bother addressing the problem. This is not the first time I have received poor service from Home Depot recently and it is very disappointing.

The store was excellent well stocked, and had everything I wanted. Help excellent customer service. The greatest home Depot I have ever been to.

Hey, it's Home Depot, ya know? If you've been in one then you know what it's like. It's heaven for DIY'ers and tool/gadget-heads. Practically speaking, though, they're gonna to have pretty much anything you need when it comes to hardware, tools, building supplies, home improvement, etc.

I used the bathroom. Very happy to say that it very well taken care of. Toilet covers, paper towels, and soap.
