Review:

Since we opened the showroom in 2014, we have been ordered various kinds of kitchen sinks, bathroom vanities and handles and faucets from Dowell Inc. They have always been providing not only the best quality products but also most competing prices. The customers all notice the outstanding design of the vanity cabinets and highly recommend them to their friends and neighbors.

I am very happy with Dowell products  (3.5 bathroom and 1 kitchen) and 2 bathroom sinks), btw kitchen's faucet is almost 5 years old. Everything is  in great condition and works perfectly.
Perfect quality and prices are just right!

Dowell gets 1 star for their product and 0 for their customer service and business ethics. Dowell is the worst company I have ever dealt with.  First off, they charge a 4% service/handling fee on credit card orders which is illegal in the state of NY. We confronted dowell and they made no attempt to rectify their process. Second is their communication, unless you speak Chinese you will not be able to discuss anything with them. Finally they have a good product at a reasonable price, however having said that my company cannot associate with their negligence on not being able to communicate with their customers and their inability for doing the right thing. They deserve whats coming to them.
