Worst home depot, they never have anyone to help you. You see all the employees walking around and no one able or willing to help. I went in to buy some base board with my daughter and literaly asked 3 employees for help and no one could help me cut some pieces. Robert that works in the lumber department was the worst, he basically ignored me and kept walking, very rude man.
He passed by me and saw me standing there just waiting for help and still never offered help. Believe me if I could do it by myself I would but the moulding pieces are so long and specially for females. I had to walk to customer service to finally have someone help me. Very disappointed!

We are undergoing  remodeling at our home. Things have been hectic. We had a delivery of baseboards and didn't realize that it was the wrong baseboards until our contractor came to install them. Being on a time line to get things done...I was panicked. I called the store and was directed to Patrick in the baseboards department. Patrick must have heard the panic (along with the choking back of tears, I am sure) and he quickly rectified the situation and came out to pick up and deliver the correct baseboards the same day. This act of kindness completely solidified our loyalty to the Home Depot store in Pasadena, Texas.

We love the kids workshops every first Saturday of each month !!, my kids love to go, the 2 people working there a sweet lady and a nice gentleman they are great!!😊
Thanks 4 doing all this for the kiddos !! And .Best of all for Free!!❤

I try to avoid using public restrooms as much as possible but with the meds I’m currently on sometimes I just HAVE to go. These restrooms are so disgusting and I know I shouldn’t judge a place of business on their restrooms but jeez have so respect for the customers that come to spend money at your business and just clean up a bit every once in a while. I hope to never come to this place again because just with that I’m completely turned off from coming here ever again.

Coming from Louisiana on a job and needed equipment. My co worker and I had the pleasure to work with Mrs.Ivy, she was beyond helpful and informative on the tools neccisary for our project and I could only hope the other stores in Louisiana can find people and brilliant as her to help in the future!
