Everyone there was super helpful, but especially an employee named Scott. He's an older gentleman who seemed to know the store layout like the back of his hand, and knew the best way to complete any project. Other employees were coming up to him asking for advice. He helped me find the necessary tools for a project of mine. He's an incredible employee; kind, quick and knowledgeable. I think I overheard him talking about going through chemotherapy, so if Home Depot could give him a raise or pay for his treatment, that'd be great. You DO NOT want to lose this guy!

 Doesn't  carry a lot of items  that you  need, but just go to Menards  , you might get lucky  there.

Update 2: Things are continuing to improve. I got excellent service today buying a wood panel and having it cut. I even had a toddler with me and they assisted the whole time while I basically babysat. 

Update: things seam to be getting better with this store. I've now had several positive experiences in a row. Also the app really helps in locating itema and avoiding wasted trips. So while I am still cautious I am adding a star.

I live close by and have been to this store a lot. Most of the time I go there and have to ask where something is I get sent all over the store. I just asked 3 employees in a row for the location of the soil test kit, and I am leaving without a very obvious item. 

The previous time I was there I bought plywood and asked for it to be cut into manageable pieces. After waiting quite a while for someone to show up, the guy jammed the saw through the wood cause tearouts in over an inch in some spots. Which wasted material. The time before that I waited and asked several times for someone to cut wood. When someone finally showed up they she said that the panel saw was broken and they couldn't cut. Yet none of the previous employees I had asked to have wood cut where informed enough to tell me. 

The worst part of this store is that there used to be a True Value nearby that they put out of business. Stuff at the True Value costed 5-10% more, but I never got the run arounds on common items. 

They get 2 stars for competitive prices. Otherwise it would be 1 star.

I like using the Home Depot App while I shop. It meant to find what I'm looking for. however if I have a question there is always someone around to ask.

I like the option of email receipts. I hope that they have paperless receipts sometime soon in the future.

I also like there online pick-up option.
