Of course I love this place. I have a hard time getting around so having the ability to pickup online orders makes a big difference. I haven't had a single issue with their customer service, they're just friendly people doing a good job.

Come on people! Home Depot is not your neighborhood expert for all your DIY needs. Plan your own projects, cut your own lumber at home if you think you can do better, and do some footwork yourself. I've worked retail and can tell you, for the most part, customers are completely irrational. These stores service millions of customers a year. Odds are that someone will run into an employee that doesn't know exactly what they need. That doesn't make the store bad. If you want a specialists opinion, pay someone for it! Don't be a cheapo and expect someone who makes $10 an hour to help you plan your project! For the most part, I've had a good experience in this store. Sorry if you haven't. Take your life's frustrations out on someone who deserves it! 99% of customers leave Home Depot completely satisfied. Do the math on the amount of negative reviews here and the total customers served since the first bad review was posted. Jeezzzzzz people!

The store is just okay. It is fairly clean and organized. It just wasn't stocked all that well and overall smaller than other stores. It is in a location fairly close to me is why I went there.

Mike in the paint department was extremely helpful, and very patient helping me to find the perfect contrast in stains for my DIY bar.

Store was clean and well maintained. The gentleman that was working in that department came by twice to offer assistance. I found exactly what I was looking for in my price range. Overall, good experience.
