I came to Verizon after having serious issues with my Google Pixel phone for 6 months and was hoping to be able to switch to an iPhone. Our sales rep, Amber, helped me with the transaction and I was able to successfully switch to the iPhone. Amber was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and this was the best Verizon experience I have had. Would definitely recommend asking for Amber if you need to go into this store!

Jacob and Dustin provided exceptional customer service today when I went in to buy my new phone. They helped me by explaining ways to increase space in my data and went above and beyond in installing the new Hum device in my car. Great experience! Thanks so much guys!

I was having problems with a 14 month old Motorola Droid Maxx. It would not charge above 4%. As soon as you unplugged the charger, it be shut down. So I went in to see if Will yet again. He showed me the Google Pixel XL 2. Explained it a little. Then stated that they were instantly $300 off. This made the payments as same as my useless Droid. So we begin to talk. I paid off the $247 I am owed on a Droid that if I filed a claim would be sent out to be repaired not replaced with a new phone. I also bought a very rugged Defender Case and a Screen protector. I got out with total of $380. With a new phone and equipment, my payments and insurance are the same. I am very satisfied yet again. We have purchased by around 8 phones and have been given 2 tablets while doing business with them over the past 10 years or so. Never a problem. Always great smiling service

Brittany was very thorough and clear on my purchase the equipment. I thought at first it was just James, but it turned out this store in general is a great place to visit. This has been the most friendly, attentive, and patient individual I've dealt with at all Verizon.
