I ordered a thermostat through Home Depot to make a bread proofer to raise dough in about two weeks ago. They emailed me and said it was ready so we went down to pick it up today on Teays Valley, WV. I opened the box while we were still in the store because it said lithium battery on the outside of the box. I opened it up in it was a lithium battery for a Ryobi piece of equipment. How Harbor Freight made that mistake I do not know. I looked it up and that battery is $99 I told them if they made the mistake the next time I would keep the battery and buy me a Ryobi piece of equipment. They sat there on the phone for a good while trying to figure out how to reorder it. We had to leave to pick our grand daughter up at school. It will be 3 weeks before it comes in. We had to leave and the lady called us on the cell phone and told us. They were very polite and apologetic but the mistake should not have to be made now I'm going to have to drive clear back down to Teays Valley again to pick up another one in three weeks. They should have offered to send it to our house free of shipping charge.
