Ordered washer and dryer with a delivery date of 4-21. Didn't show up . No phone call of explanation of why. Called store and told it was on back order and couldn't be delivered until 6-28. Cancelled order. You don't list a number low enough to reflect your customer service. Pitiful. Went to Lowes Saturday and bought a washer and dryer. Was delivered Sunday.

Employees are perfectly polite and incredibly helpful. I couldn't say enough nice things about this location. The employees here really go above and beyond. Prices are good, pretty standard and in many instances, better than competitor's prices.

Service here far surpasses the Lowe's over in Kanawha City. Employees actually speak to you & help you locate things in the store. I give 5 stars based upon this, as well as the parking lot (always room to park, and there's a reserved spot for combat veterans).

A nice hardware store that carries many hard to find items. The staff is qualified, friendly, abd helpful. The store looks good, and is clean and neat. I recommend Home Depot.
