I found all the employees that I encountered to be very helpful. However, Irma went above and beyond the call of duty. After making my purchases, I was stranded in a terrible rainstorm and had no way to get back to my daughters house. My car service app wasn't working for some reason. Irma spent a great deal of time trying to help me. When it became obvious that nothing was going to work, she used her own app to call a car for me. Thank you, Irma! You are the best and I'm forever grateful!

Friendly neighborhood hardware store. Huge and mostly useless to the non-contractor, it is nevertheless a frequent stop for anyone renting an apartment. This is where you will get keys, possibly locks, energy efficient bulbs, power strips, window treatments for winter, etc.

There is no one here to help you. After waiting 15 minutes in hardware I called for help at a register, waited another 10 minutes, then when I ran after a guy and showed him the bolts I had found and wanted help finding more, he said I already did better than he could in finding the bolts in the first place. Worthless.

Not a consumer friendly store. Every one says sorry not my department. Or plainly staff not trained properly.

I needed something urgent for my wife late Saturday night (we know what that could be like) My local stores were all closed. I drove over 20 minutes to get there. Thanks for the late hours!! Staff was helpful....I was walked to the correct isle and showed what I was looking for.
