I bought a garage door and opener and had it installed by Home Depot's installers. It has been a nightmare. You cannot get a hold of anyone and the installer was awful. Don't make the same mistake.

I come here often to get all my home needs. I've enjoyed coming here for years and have bought from small things to large and everything in between. The service is good but not always. Plenty of parking and the hours are convenient.

I spend 25k+ per year at home depot stores. Not only did this store sold a previously opened and returned $300 power tool kit as "new", when i tried to return it, the associate named "Emily" completely ignored me, and was on the computer like I wasn't even there. I was the only person waiting. Waited 20min to get 1 item returned. Worst home depot by far. Reviews by other people also seem to agree that the employees don't care and not trained. Complete opposite of service I get at my main store

Terrible customer service in the custom blinds department. My story is a nightmare, and I don't wish this upon anyone not even my worst enemy. I ordered custom blinds in December 2016, and they delivered them in April 2017! Then they took the wrong measurements and kept telling me that they had to send the guy out to measure again 3x! The manager Angel and her sidekick Alicia are liars, they told me they would give me compensation for all my troubles and inconvenience after the final delivery, well when the time came she kept dodging my calls regarding the compensation. After 3 days of leaving messages, Angel and her gofer Alicia put me on speakerphone and finally called me to tell me that they will not be compensating me period. Total frauds and liars. Never ever ever order custom blinds from Home Depot ever. You're better off going to Lowe's. Lowes has better customer service hands-down. It's pretty sad that Angel is not quite an angel, she's a liar, a crook and a fraud. She is not a person that keeps her promise, a terrible terrible example of a manager. Corporate will be notified of her unprofessionalism and the terrible customer service I received here at Home Depot on Elston Avenue. I'm warning you, stay away from the custom blinds department here at Home Depot on Elston Avenue. Angel and Alicia need to get out of the service industry, because all they do is spew out lies.
