Bought an assembled grill. Needed help getting it into the SUV. Very helpful staff assisted in taking off a part so that we could get it to fit. He spent at least 15 minutes helping. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. We were very grateful.

Nothing but problems every time I go here. Unknowledgeable associates, unhelpful and unapologetic managers. Everyone seems inconvenienced. Do yourself a favor and go to the store in Menomonee Falls. Much better. The Grafton store is just a joke.

Could not recommend this store. They do not stand by their products and the extended warranties are a rip off! I bought an LG stainless steel refrigerator less than two years ago, and the outside is rusting! I contacted my extended warranty people, who could not have cared less. I was told that the rust is a cosmetic issue and not covered. LG must be buying their steel from China. Who would pay extra for stainless steel, only to have the outside rust away? Junk! Pure junk! My ice maker never worked consistently since the day I bought it. I also bought a dishwasher and had problems. The trays would not roll out to load the dishes. I called the extended warranty people and guess what? That was not covered either. The warranty people claimed that if the dishwasher turns on, nothing else is covered. The trays were rusting too! Total junk! Junk warranties! Junk customer service. Major ripoff from start to finish. Run from this store! Run from LG. Run from Kitchen-aid! Do not buy another extended warranty from this chain of stores.

At best the man at the Service desk ignored us and the person we had asked on the. Store floor was not very knowledgeable my feeling was they could have had more people on the floor and be more knowledgeable about products they sell

Costumer service is suck. No respect for people. Insulting people. Of u have load from here. U stuck at least for 4 hours. They don't know how to load truck. Really angry and upset.
