HORRIBLE! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We had an appointment to get our oil changed at noon. At 4:30 we called to see what was going on and the guy said they were working on a brake job and very behind.... they had not even brought the car in yet. At 5:30 we went to pick it up (it was finally done). I asked him to pass on information regarding a courtesy call, update, something... in the future and he responded with "that isn't my job, I didn't get in until 3" I calmly explained that their customer service is horrible to which he walked away and shut the door to the service bay. Seriously, do not go here.

Needing new tires before the holiday travels, I was able to get in the next day and within 2 hours I was out the door with new tread.

Horrible experience.  My car sat in the parking lot for two hours for a simple oil change. This happened after I called for a appointment. The guy who checked me also did not seem to know what he was doing. Would not recommend.

I called this location to have TPMS sensors (that I already own) installed on my winter tire setup. This amounts to dismounting the tires, installing the sensors, remounting the tires, and balancing the wheels. I called twice about the work and a price (just to be sure), and was told to bring them in whenever I like.

I stopped by this afternoon, and was told by the kid behind the counter that he wasn't sure how he could do that. I began to explain (not sarcastically) that I just needed the tires removed, etc. He rudely stopped me and said that he knows how to do the job, but he's not sure he was supposed to. I mentioned that I had called, but he instead asked if I could stop by tomorrow. I said no, and he said he couldn't do the work.

Thank you for wasting my time, Tires Plus. It's nice to see that the reviews on Google were not incorrect.

FYI, the guys at the Discount Tire in Lino Lakes were very nice and professional. It's worth driving the 10 minutes further north to get the work done there.

Manager was uncooperative with trying to help me get two vehicles in for an oil change on the same day. (I was willing to do all the driving.) he said he would give me a call when the first one was done, and he would "see what he could do." He didn't call till the end of the day, when he wanted to know when I was going to pick my car up. When I asked if he called, he said yes, however a close inspection of my missed call log indicated that he never called. Finally, the new oil change sticker has the wrong mileage on it. Never using them again.
