Best customer service at a home depot that I've ever experienced. Tool rental department specifically was extremely kind, respectful and helpful.

They had exactly what I needed. I was in and out quickly. The people that helped me were very nice. Bathrooms were clean!

Worst Home Depot I've been in. Waited at pro desk for 25 plus minutes. They see fit to let the employee's take breaks or lunch right at noon time when most contractors go for materials. Left 1 guy at desk 2 ladies picking orders instead of doing check out.

Worst customer experience every-time (and I live within a mile away, I unfortunately have to go there often), don't even bother calling, they don't even let you breath to give you the wrong answer, it's mediocrity at it's best. I hate to give them a negative review, but they deserve nothing more.
