Went here to get a spare key... Had two employees call in people to go to the section. Nobody showed up.. Any worker that pass by me I ask if they knew how to make a key and said no and kept walking.. Very unprofessional.. could of just said hey wait here i will get somebody for you... Guess what.. I ended up playing with the key machine and figured out how to use the machine.. Waste of my time to come here.

I went to this Home Depot because the one at 49 St. has horrible customer service. Not much of a difference here, I should say. I asked an associate for help. Another associate who was next to him pointed to another who was visibly busy at the key kiosk. She assured me that she was the right person to ask in that department. I went up to her. She tried to help but know nothing about what I was looking for, and had to call someone else. At least, she tried. Home Depot should definitely improve its customer service. I'll go to Lowe's next time.

The worst HD I have gone to , costumer service is the worst idk if it's that they are short in staff but never found someone to help me after walking 4 aisle no wonder it's never over packed ...
