If I could give 0 Stars I would, but I can't since my only option is 1 Star. TERRIBLE customer service from all departments, the Matketing Manager (Allie) was on the phone with me and was absolutely rude and showed no sincerity for my issue. The customer service rep (Chantelle) was also of no use and kept sending me to a voicemail how unprofessional. Yes I will no longer buy online from these people! I don't understand how you have a corporate office with people working there with NO SENSE! Where are the Excuetive officers or senior managers I can talk to ?! I don't see how you can not put the customer first that is just awful and such bad business !!! :(
