Clean, tidy, and best stocked Home Depot I've ever been in. Appropriately helpful and kind staff. (Not overly nice to a point of being fake and not asking if you need help every five seconds... call me picky) The store is set up in a layout dissimilar to most newer Home Depot's and I feel that it's for the better. Hardware selection is well stocked and they have floor models and displays of power tool s that other stores simply have in a box on the shelf. Always helps to be able to hold the tool in your hand before you shell out the cash. Left with a smile on my face and will be back even though I don't live in the immediate area.

Purchased a new home. Went to home depot. Bought a new washer to be delivered in a week. Week later horrible experience trying to get it delivered on promised day. Husband convinced me we should try them again. Went today. Bought a new mower, weed trimmer, pressure washer. Easy 500 bucks. Needed new blinds. Decided on the cheaper vinyl ones. I knew Menards had them for 3.97, home depot wanted 4.27 but the same ones, associate said hey I can make the difference up and cut them to exact measurements for you. What a great idea. Deal. He begins. Another associate comes up and barks at him he can't use that cutter has to use a different one because the vinyl would dull the cutter blades. Okay so he moves down to the next cutter. My kids start getting fussy (1 & 3) told associate I'd be back through I was going to go cart them around for entertainment. Showed back up down the Isle a few minutes later associate tells me my husband is beating me to the register. Oh okay sweet, hey thanks for cutting those for us and off we went. Found husband who was super irritated. Apparently other associates whined about our associate cutting vinyl blinds because it was a waste of his time. They were "too cheap" to be cut by him. Too much wasted time. Okay Home Depot. We won't be back. I regret spending the last 1700 dollars in 2 weeks there but I've learned my lesson now and we are done with your store.

Self checkout all that was open and not working correctly. Finally opened regular register after we finished.
