Was very disappointed!!!! Went there with the intention of buying my wife a Deluxe that was being sold on " consignment ". Joe the salesman would not call our offer into the the folks that owned the bike with our offer unless we bought it that minute. My wife tried numerous times to explain, we do not buy ANYTHING without talking it through. Being pressured is not a good idea!! So we walked out!! Never going back to them, and if you go there, don't talk with Joe! Drove over an hour to have my wife treated like a second class person!! Not gonna sell too many bikes doing that to people..

Bought my 2015 Heritage in the Fall of 2014. They had to find the one I wanted. 
A few days later they went North Carolina and switched one out. I had my New Bike! Everyone in the store was very helpful and experienced! Went over the Bike from top to bottom to make sure I understood everything! Great group of People!!! If your in the area stop in and look around.

I love the staff here, especially the women. They are always so kind and helpful. Half of my wardrobe is HD. Hopefully will purchase a (my 2nd, but first from here) bike in the future from here.
