Prior to the experience last week, we had always received good service. On this occasion, my vehicle was towed to the dealership. We were treated so poorly and talked to by Mike in Service like we were garbage. I have Chrysler dealerships within 10 minutes of our home, but drive out of our way 35 min because of the excellent service we received previously. I was overcharged for a diagnostic and warranty related repair and a serious safety issue I asked to be checked was not even listed on my invoice as having been reviewed. Horrible experience and will never go back.

I was so impressed with the team at Three Rivers.  Our consultant Mike Cutrone was fantastic. He listened closely to what we wanted.  He worked hard to answer our questions and the hospitality was incredible.  They were super attentive and honest.  Not pushy salespeople whatsoever.  

I would highly recommend working with them!  They are awesome!

Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We Ran into a few issues but he worked with me and listened to my needs and wants, which is very important to me. I myself work in the sales field and I did not feel pressured into anything. Great experience!  I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a new car! Happy with my purchase :)

Alex is a great car salesman. Most people I know have bought vehicles from him. He makes the process SUPER easy with NO STRESS! It was my first time financing a car and he makes sure you get exactly what YOU want in a vehicle for a great price. No games. I leased a jeep and when it is up I know I will go right back to him for my next ride! Five stars, highly recommend!
