Clean store, decent prices, bathrooms nice, good selection, easy access from road, good sized parking lot, took off one star because they've made a pretty huge service errors that cost us a great deal of time and money to fix. Management gave us a refund but honestly it cost us more in labor to fix the mistake. Other than that instance the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable and we have had other good experiences there.

Friendly staff. Helpful. Have a good selection of products for this small market. Staff was a bit lacking in some areas and great in others.

Edited Review: I am editing my review due to Home Depot reaching out to me to try to clarify and rectify the situation. It seems that the front end person who told me they would not match that coupon was misinformed. I very much appreciate their looking into this. My bid was still off, and I stand by my comments to shop local. I am happy that they looked into this for clarification of their policy. Previous Review: The last straw. Home Depot sure has moved to not valuing their customers from what they were. I have been a loyal customer for 15+ years. I love the Ridgid tool line, with the lifetime warranty... BUT, I will no longer give my business to Home Depot unless I absolutely have to.. (referenced Ridgid tools, something I just can't wait for from another retailer). Even more, I will 95% try to not give the Ponderay, ID Home Depot ANY business. I would rather drive to the Couer D'Alene Home Depot than give the Ponderay store another dollar. I had a custom order built, which I have done before, over 12K worth of lumber. In the past I have also added tools to these larger orders and been given a token discount for making a large purchase. Well, $1500 worth of tools, and not even the slightest discount. I don't mind paying full price, but not from Home Depot ANY LONGER. Anyways, the lumber bids I received from other local yards, Badger and Sandpoint Building, beat HD by a healthy margin. Keep your business local, and don't shop at Home Depot.

Very helpful staff. Easy returns and exchanges. In season, the best garden department for both live plants and organic gardening supplies. The plants here are well cared for by knowledgeable staff.

Pretty good helpful staff, store is always clean, could have more stock but not much else around to choose from. Nice selection of healthy plants.
