From top to bottom a wonderful place to spend your money! All the associates have a smile on their face and are happy to see you. A terrific experience from start to finish and no over promising and under delivering as is the norm today with most businesses. A shout out to Christine Forcaretta who has the patience of a Saint and will answer EVERY question as well as offer her expertise on what tile to choose. Don't bother going anywhere else for tile. Two bathroom gut renovations under our belts now and the name says it all! BEST Tile!

First time homeowners doing our first bathroom gut-renno, so imagine our ignorance. Chrissy is so generous with her time and expertise that we feel like we know what we're doing now. The ability to take home samples and learn what really works and what doesn't is indispensable. The store can be overwhelming because there is so much selection, and that's where you just have to ask Chrissy to help you and she leads you straight to what's going to be possible for you. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable, and ready to give you great service. Honestly, other area tile store people were grumpy or annoyed in comparison. Guess who got our business?  And we ended up with Best Tile brand porcelain, and it's just great stuff.

As the owner of Absolute Shower Doors, I do all of our laser measurements and always after the tile work is complete.  I can't even tell you how many jobs I walk on to where the tile was purchased from Best Tile in Wappingers Falls.  I've been into the showroom myself to purchase tile for our own showroom as well as for my house.  The selection and availability seems endless and the Manager Andrea Galletti and her staff create a pleasant, professional environment and are extremely friendly, knowledgable and have the design experience to take the pain out of the whole design selection process.  We recommend Best Tile all the time!
