Well organized store, helpful staff, good variety, easy checkout. The one reason I do NOT always go there is because they are forcing local hardware stores out of business.

I made an online order dor pick up. I bought the bathroom vanity and a faucet for the sink, and picked them up from the customer service. Waiting time was short, and the items were ready for pick up. Staff are nice every visits to the store, and they are willing to help all the time. I also have an app to check the inventory at stores and the location of the product. This is my and my dad's favorite Home depot store! I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.

Had terrible experiences the past three times I've went. Customer service was awful. Final time I called to ensure they had a product in stock before I went and they assured me they did but when I got there they directed me to the aisle and after half an hour of looking I asked two other employees for assistance and they told me "Don't know, sorry guess you can order it online." Customer service desk looked it up and said yes should be on aisle 12 when I explained I couldn't find it and that two other employees also couldn't find it she said "sorry, don't know how else I can help you" as I walked away she told a coworker "I don't know what that guy wants..." I was furious. Will never shop there again. The local hardware place up the block from the job could charge twice as much and if that's what I have to pay to not go through another ordeal like that then so be it.

Excellent service. Best experience yet. You never have to go searching for someone to help you. They come to you and they help you until you are satisfied with your purchases. Thank you for your help. You guys were great.
