If I could give ZERO stars I would but unfortunately that's not an option. Purchased a fridge from here 9/6/17. Employee Nikki completed my transaction and set up a delivery date 9/16/17 between 2:30pm and 6:30pm. Cleared my whole schedule by calling out of work and delaying errands to be here for this delivery. Well guess what there was no delivery and not one phone call from ANYONE. Went back to the store and they didn't even care. Manager Fabio claimed the fridge was damaged and I can either wait for a new delivery date or cancel my order. Not only did I cancel my order, but I will closing my home depot account. Completely disgusted with them and the level of disrespect they have showed a paying loyal customer. I understand products gets damaged but it's totally not the point. I waited all day for a very expensive fridge to come and Home Depot couldn't even get the decency to contact me to say it won't be coming. Manager Fabio showed NO care or offer for a resonable solution or compensation. They were so quick to take my money though, right? I will be informing everyone I know NEVER shop in this location. Maybe if I lived in an upscale neighborhood they would care then! I will be taking my business elsewhere like Lowe's. Its out of my way but will definitely be worth it to avoid this ghetto store and non caring employees. Will never ever spend a penny there ever again.

Went to Home Depot and purchased four large carpet remnants for my home. Was shocked to learn that delivery could only be provided as "outside delivery" - for a $79.00 fee- meaning the rugs could not be brought into my house - but rather left curbside. What craziness is this!! And was charged an additional $20.00 for what is called threshold delivery - to be made within a four hour window instead of having a possible all day long wait. Outrageous!!! I will however say that the Sales Associates were very nice. Very helpful. They were the bright spot of my Home Depot experience. And though pleased with my purchase - I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery policy. As far as delivery is concerned - it is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. A change definitely needs to be made.

This local Home Depot seems smaller than one of the huge, mega-stores set in a sprawling mall. This store is tucked in a block or so from town. Once inside, however, it seems to contain everything you might find in any of their stores. The is package is complimented by an expert staff.

It's definitely a smaller Home Depot store, but has most of the basic necessities. Kept well stocked and i cant beat the convenience that its right in my neighborhood
