As I first walked in the door I was greeted with politeness and professionalism by everyone I encountered. One of the best part was that Bird they have now, I love it. The facility was very clean as usual. They offered me coffee and water but that's not rare, they always do. My salesman Joseph (Joe) Cassese, how could I ever pay you back for your service and professionalism! He was very knowledgeable and professional. For a minute I though I was talking to my father, that's how comfortable I was talking to him. He is by FAR the BEST salesman I ever had, EVER! He truly cares for the consumer which is a rarity in this world we live in. He made my car buying experience a very pleasant and easy one. Thanks again Joe!!!! Hyundai will continue to have me as a customer because of people like you.

I was really happy with my experience here. Mario was nice and met my needs to help me find a car within my budget (even as a college student) They truly provided a great experience love my Sonata. Would recommend!

Just tried chatting online with Tiffany and it was a horrible experience. She closed our chat twice (!) before I was done asking my question. Seriously? The minimal conversation she engaged in was rude, as if I was bothering her. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT JOB! Sheesh. Stay far away from this place. Happy to take my money elsewhere... UPDATE: My wife went to look at a car they said they had on the lot, but when she got there they didn't have it. Complete and total waste of time, and money. Stay away from this dealership if you can!!!!

Great customer service! Stephanie Toledo and Manger Al truly went above and beyond both were very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very concerned that I understood the entire process. I asked a lot of questions, and Al and Stephanie didn't seem annoyed or frustrated once, but rather eager to help me understand. Just wanted to acknowledge what a great staff Lynnes Hyundai have! I don't take time to write reviews like this often, but they both surpassed my expectations, so I felt the need to. Thank you again Al and Stephanie for making my car buying experience very pleasant!

I wish I could give this place negative stars because that's what they deserve. My husband and I purchased our vehicle in August of 2013 from Luis. Luis was a liar and is the reason we will never purchase from Lynnes Hyundai (or any of their branches) again. Since our car had less than 3k miles on it, he told us that we had 5 years or 60k miles for the warranty AND wrote it on the sheet. What he failed to tell us was that the warranty stared with the original owner, NOT US. As a result, we did not purchase the extended warranty. Fast-forward to June of 2017 where our car starts to make a noise. We called service and spoke with Tom Nesbitt. We brought our car in and was told we needed to replace the drive belt as well as mounts (can't recall exactly). Grand total = $940 (should've been covered under warranty). Fast-forward to a few months later and our car is making the SAME noise. We took it for an oil change (thinking that was the issue since we thought the issue was remediated) and the noise began to worsen. We schedule another service this week and are now told that we need a new alternator and strut tops. We were told that what was done in June to fix the noise was good for the moment. Grand total = $1300 (should've been covered under warranty). So I ask Tom, why wasn't everything checked in June?!!!! He goes on to try and talk his way out of it. I stopped listening after a minute or so. This "dealership" is unprofessional and does not take ownership for what their employees tell you. I told them we were lied to about our warranty and do you think they care, NO. As long as they receive money for repairs (that should not have been done), they sleep at night. Never mind ripping off customers! We will never do business with them again nor would we ever want anyone else to experience what we went through. Stay away from this place!
