This is the most professional, friendliest car dealership I have ever been to hands down. Mike Wang was our salesman. If I can give him more than 5 stars I would. Mike was knowledgeable, professional and certainly eager to please without the high pressure tactics I have seen in the past. The rest of the staff from Management down was friendly and easy going. If you are looking for a BMW this is the place to go and Mike W. is the salesman of choice!

Hi, I was looking for a first car for my son & daughter.. It was labor day and everyone was in rush, we reached Bloomberg BMW just before closing. Scott Marlowe was kind enough to receive us  and promised to bring the SMILE to our face with excellent quality of service and by getting us the car what we need. He narrowed down the car inventory and showed us which matched perfectly to our need. He was very polite, very professional and didn't put any pressure to buy the car. He gave us the best price, and once deal is finalized made promise to keep car ready following day for delivery. Next day everything (Loan etc) was done over the phone. I also must say when he called me  there was a problem with my phone, but he still called me few times to make sure I get message and I get best interest rate. When we went to pick up the car, it was ready with shine. I would strongly recommend him. He went above and beyond to make our whole family happy and arranged a dream car for my kids. Thanks!!

Very professional and very quick. Both Ron and Dave were able to answer all questions in a timely matter, were easy to work with and got me a great deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used car and I would definitely do business with them again.

BMW of Bloomfield is really a great BMW dealership. Chris Chang (sales manager) is committed to making the customer happy, and the service manager Carlos Duarte always makes sure my car gets serviced quickly. I get a nice loaner during the servicing period, and the car is cleaned before I pick it up. Definitely one of the better run dealerships in the area.

I recently leased a 3 Series Sportswagon at BMW of Bloomfield and was very pleased with the process. I worked with Bill who was very professional and courteous. Selecting the color, trim, and other vehicle details was fun and we quickly came to an agreement that met my expectations. I could track the progress in manufacturing the vehicle and shipping it to the US on the BMW website. Picking up the car was a pleasant experience and the meaning of all the different signatures was well explained. I also got an introduction into the new features of the vehicle. I would recommend leasing from BMW of Bloomfield.
